Things can happen ! When I arrived at my friend's to pick her up I found her very upset and excited ! She told me that while she was sleeping she had spit out her bridge and now she couldn't find it anymore. She accused her two cats, who what she supposed had taken it away to play with. I proposed my help.
We turned the whole bed around, nothing. We crawled on all four and looked under the furniture, which was very appreciated by the cats who helped too. We lifted the carpets, nothing. She even looked in the bin and I looked outside in the garden, the bridge had disappeared. We couldn't find it. Now she was near a nervous breakdown because running around without teeth doesn't look very sexy although one couldn't see it because it was the teeth in the back. Finally I looked in the dry cat food and what was there covered with some bits ? It was the bridge !! The cats of course looked very innocent. Now we both burst out in laughter realizing the comic of the situation, us crawling on the floor followed by the cats and then finding it in the cat food !!
Oh my goodness, that would have been a funny time, turning everything upside down, searching for the bridge ... then finding it in the cat food ... oh no !!
ReplyDeleteTake care, Meow

*LOL* That so could be me... not with a bridge b/c I don't have one - but my keys keep disappearing. Jersey doesn't take them - that's for sure (they don't taste like steak or something similar). I guess I have to talk to Luis... =)
