SHOW & TELL
More participants are here at Kelly's
As many of you know I love cats. So when I was about 24 and owned my first cat, family and friends started to offer me cats. Last week I showed the last version of my cat collection inside the house but here are my outside cats !
This hangs besides our housedoor and means : "attention cat !"
Two of these are standing in front of the kitchen door
and two of this one on the terrace
Under our wheeping willow tree is my animal cimetary. There are 4 cats, one dog, a guinea pig and a hedgehog burried here. My living cats use this corner unrespectfully as toilet !
For those who want to see my whole cat collection it is here

I have some outdoor kitties like yours! Yours are really sweet!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you add more felids to the outside collection?
ReplyDeleteThe most familiar felid is the Domestic Cat, which first became associated with humans about 10,000 years ago, but the family includes all other wild cats including the big cats.
Extant felids belong to one of two subfamilies: Pantherinae (which includes the Lion, the Tiger, the Jaguar, and the Leopard), and Felinae (which includes the Cougar, the Cheetah, lynxes and the Caracal, along with the Domestic Cat).

I love your cats, especially the one outside your kitchen door!
ReplyDeleteI love your cats. I have a little statue of a girl holding a kitten on my front porch. I bought it when my oldest was 2 and we got her her first kitten. It's one of the only yard decorations I never get rid of.
ReplyDeleteVery cute cats. Thanks for sharing them.

ReplyDeleteMy Show and Tell
Only FIVE outdoor cats??? Nonsense! I see a shopping spree in your future!!! LOL!
ReplyDeleteIs that the same phrase you'd use to warn "Beware of the Dog" /chien..??
ReplyDelete!

Shame on those kitties! Love cats. Wish I were not allergic to them. Love your statues.
ReplyDeleteLove all the kitties. My daughter would adore those. Sadly, she's allergic to cats. I'd much prefer having cats to dogs, but I do love our regal beagle. I couldn't bury my childhood cat. I was worried we'd move away and I'd never be able to visit her, she's been cremated and sits on a shelf in the basement. A nice cool spot she used to love.
ReplyDeleteThe cats in the garden look as if they are saying, " Look at all the eggs, there must be a chicken here somewhere.
ReplyDeleteWonderful collection, Gattina! I especially like the kitty on the square stone.
