MY WORLD - Escape to India

more participants here

There is always the same to show in my world actually, it's all grey and rainy. So I decided to escape to India to find a colorful and welcoming place.

You would never believe it, it's a shop in a very industrial area

an elephant greets me, which is already more exotic than a cow

The first thing you see inside is a fountain with lots of green plants, banks and seats around.

a warm and zen atmosphere surrounds you

Behind this curtain is a bedroom

nicely displayed

a writing corner and a buddha watching

here behind are lots of ornaments desplayed

carpets and cushions

Jewelry and textiles.

After a visit to this beautiful shop, which doesn't give you the feeling to be in a shop, I always feel better.

  1. I, too, would love browsing in such a shop with so many interesting things to see.

  2. A little bit of paradise in gloomy winter. You have done well to find it. It doesn't look like a shop.

  3. Such a lovely, colorful place -- certainly more so than it is in Seattle this week, that's for sure! Great captures as always, Gattina! Hope the rest of your week goes well! Stay warm!
