MY WORLD - Signs of Spring
more participants here
Due to my spring lethargy I didn't do any photo hunting to show you other parts of my world, but at least I have some spring pictures from my surroundings. I went over to Dominique who has a second floor and took some pictures out of the windows from above.
the world becomes green again
our little roundabout is waiting for the daffodils to come out
the thermometer shows 20 °C (68 F) in the sun but on the street you still needed warm clothes. It's so confusing ! In the morning you live at the Northpole and in the afternoon in Africa (or nearly) !
The look from from our terrace into the garden
and the cats too enjoy the first signs of spring.

Beautiful spring pictures, Gattina! You live in a very charming village :)

You must show the roundabout again when the daffodils are out, they are my favourite flower.
ReplyDeleteLove those hedges too.
Hopefully the spring will cheer your bones and make you glad to be alive. It looks a lovely neighbourhood in your world.
ReplyDeleteHi, I know what you mean when you say summer in the afternoon but winter in the morning. Never get used to that and always get caught out in the wrong clothing.
ReplyDeleteOh yay for the spring. Lovely clean village you live in Gattina. I see the cats loving spring!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place you live in, Gattina! And spring is on its way, although you couldn't prove it by me here in Seattle!! Well, our temps are a bit warmer, but we haven't gotten out of the 50s yet, so it's still pretty chilly. Love the warm yellow colors in your garden! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!

You have more signs of spring there in your charming neighborhood than we have here in Bucharest, Gattina.
ReplyDeleteOh yes! The forsythia are in bloom! Nobody can stay lethargic with those cheerful yellow flowers all around! 3 Cheers for Forsythia!
