This happened to me when I wanted to sit down. Suddenly I had the arm of the chair in my hands ! We bursted out in laughter because each day we discover some new "catastrophies"..
Gooooooood grief! I understand that "things happen" in hotel rooms -- but wouldn't you think that management would CHECK the place out - especially if they knOw destructive influences were last IN that room!? It is sO good they leased it to someone with a GOOD sense of humor!!!
Well, this could have ended of as your Waterloo, young lady. So take care. Arthur called Felicia, and they were both very anxious about their two-legs. I sneak-listended, so I know about their plans. My advice: Stay where you are for another 3 months.
That's a situation where we would quickly say "oops", or being very contemporary, say "fail" :)
ReplyDeleteACK...maybe I wouldn't want you to come over here if you break furniture like that LOL. Or maybe it's the Russians ya think? LOL
ReplyDeleteGlad it was an arm and not a leg... and that you are such a good sport.
ReplyDeleteHappy vacation!!
Maybe you need to go on a diet. (only joking)
ReplyDeleteYou are certainly having a very interesting vacation. Never a dull moment. I agree with Mar..glad it wasn't a leg.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Glad you're still smiling. Happy WW!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you didn't sit in it. I enjoy playing this fun meme with you every week-- I have a little something for you today.
ReplyDeleteA sense of humor is the best and only way to get through catastrophes and better one like this then others we could think of eh.

ReplyDelete"catastrophies".. a new way to play with the word cat. Very interesting.
ReplyDeleteWe had a few in our time, I used to have lots of visitors, and we had little children plastic chairs. Children I mean.
Sometimes grown ups sit on them and we have "catastrophies"..
C'est un russe qui avait d$u l'utiliser avant toi! Heureusement tu t'en sors sans trop de problème!
ReplyDeleteIls vont les bannir de l'hotel!
