SHOW & TELL - Bouquets out of Vegetables

As I am still in Egypt, I thought I show and tell you about some very special art, I saw here in nearly all big Hotel Restaurants.

Flower bouquets made out of vegetables only !

and here is the result of all that work. Isn't it beautiful ?

Presentation is everything in the food business. This quite remarkable. Do you get to nibble on it while waiting for the meal to be served?

If I was not so tired a would write a Haiku in honour of your Prime Minister, Herman Van Rompuy, getting a new job with the EU. Who will hold Belgium together now?

That is just so clever. I love seeing what people can do with veges. Mine are always very boring or I just about chop my fingers off!

WOW...these are amazing. I could never do that. I can't even get a bouquet from the store and put it in a vase correctly. Wonderful my friend :)
