FUN MONDAY - Messy

The idea to show a messy place in your home came when I was sitting in my train to Waterloo and could have a look into the windows along the rails. What a mess sometimes ! A cat could find her kittens.

Looking around here, I came to the conclusion that I am a hypocrite ! At the first glance the whole house looks neat. But don't open wardrobes, closets or drawers !

Finally I found my room quite messy when I get up in the morning

Photobucket

and a real permanent messy place is the storage room, where I throw everything in I just don't need. There it is quite difficult to find something.

Now I am curious to see the other participants messy places !

Use Mr. Linky if you participate, don't bother about the Cats, that's the Linky I use for my cat group.

  3. LOL! Gattina, your room looks a bit like mine at the moment! I must go clean it! While I posted about my sewing room mess I have to admit the worst mess was when Cameragirl started painting the walls in the back room and the floor boards were covered in paint! Arrrghhhh! I was frantic trying to clean it. Luckily it came off! Phew!

  5. I dunno. I'm thinkin' that "permanent" mess in your home just means a little clutter.

REAL messes are for homes with toddlers. LOL.

    Jus' sayin'...

Oh, both Min and I are in at the Mama Drama haus!

  7. Gattina, I think most of our B.rooms are a little messy when we first get up in the morning. Closets also tend to be a catch all for stuff. Thanks for sharing and hosting this week. Happy FM

  8. Messy? How about cosy?

We have one bedroom that is wall to wall, floor to ceiling, STUFF - which all belongs to our son and DIL in Belgium. The rest of their furniture is scattered throughout the house. He went over there for one year, three years ago and won't be back permanently for another two years. Fortunately they are coming home for Christmas and will have everything transported to a house they are buying interstate.

  11. Another observer of stranger's and their homes through their windows? I do that as well Gattina. And make up stories about them. I think Europeans are not quite as paranoid about privacy as in the U.S.--so there's more opportunity to peek inside homes from trains or streetside windows.

Your "messes" look quite colorful, lkie what an artist would make. I'm curious. On your top shelf is that a supply of candy bags? If so, I'm impressed!

  12. You and this "messy" Fun Monday have caused a major cleaning frenzy over at my house! I have been chasing dustbunnies all day! You would not have wanted to see the evidence of all that my friend, believe me. My back feels wrecked, but at least it's clean now. Are you happy now? I am. I have you to thank for it!

  13. I can say with confidence that is not messy.
Having read Alice's comment I'm glad I'm not the only one storing things for an offspring. I too have rooms full of boxes and furniture for my daughter.

  14. We just couldn't bring ourselves to photograph the mess. Some things are better never seen.

  17. Your mess isn't too bad - it can be picked up and put away in 10 minutes or less. It's the ones that require garbage bags and hours of work that scare me!!!

I played, but I wasn't on the link list...
