SHOW & TELL - Trip to Morocco
More participants are here at Kelly's
In contrary to myself, my computer lost his voice, the sound card is broken. (I know somebody who would prefer my sound card would brake) and as it is very expensive to repair things on a computer I found another far cheaper solution.
I just connected the two little loudspeakers which Mr. Gattino had won in I don't know what contest and they were never used and bought a micro for very cheap. Now I can hear and speak again just as I wish. I inaugurated my microphone by talking for 1 1/2 h to my friend Ilona. We had important things to discuss as we had only spoken together 12 hours before.
Doesn't it look nice ?
On Sunday I will fly to Morocco for a roundtrip through the south. As I take only a little suitcase with me I bought this backpack for my little Baby Computer which has the size of a book, for all cables, and battery chargers for cameras and mobile phone and probably some other little things. This is very easy to carry when you have to get in and out of the bus to get in and out the hotels, as we will be each day in another place.
Arthur was supposed to present my flight tickets, but as you can see he is not a very cooperative model.
Of course I will try to report about my trip and also show you photos, it all depends on Internet connections maybe camels are equipped with that today too.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy your trip, sounds fabulous!
Have a fun time and take a lot of pictures. Arthur and I will miss you even if he pretends not to.
ReplyDeleteLOL! I hope you have better luck with internet connections than Krysti has had! I can't wait to see Morocco through your eyes! I'm certain I will never see it through my own!
ReplyDeleteDo you know I NEVER turn the sound ON on my computer?! I like my silence...
Have fun on your trip!
ReplyDeleteMy DH always rigs up some contraption on his laptop to make it work nicer! :)
Morocco is amazing! I once travelled there by train (and boat) from West Wales... via France and Spain and a ferry Algeciras-Tangier... Marrakech is quite wonderful, as is Fez. Even "boring" Rabat the capital I stayed in for several days in someone's house we met on the train, watching Arabic TV...

...it's the NEO-Nazis I'm scared of ~ kids a generation YOUNGER than me firebombing Turks etc... though I don't see that I should fear them any more than anyone else. I'm 100% "North European" in appearance...
All I heard about Germany at school (re my own generation) was a kind of postwar guilt and a determination never ever to let something that terrible happen again ...
ps the white cat is quite beautiful..!
ReplyDeletehappy trip gattina :D i envy you having again a holiday ...*sigh* will be following your adventure thru your blog of course...
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait to see an internet equipped camel. I suppose they are GPS equipped.

Oh well done on the sound solution, Gattina. A good example of lateral thinking.
