Heh heh...I think if I tried to do that to my cat, I would end up on the floor next to that pile of fur. I can't even let her see the brush without sustaining an injury. ;)
Very handsome end result although the client doesn't look like she(?)enjoyed going to the spa! Did you have enough stamina to take all your cats to the groomers at one time? In the U.S. we have both grooming and vet services that make house calls in a van. Very convenient for reluctant pets!
Gattina, this is a mis-placed comment on your Fun Monday post. I'm so late getting around this week, but wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your photo journey around both Brussels and Waterloo. How fortunate you are to have both the historic and modern in the same area. Great walks, I'm sure.
Oh I bet she feels sO much better now! Mathew's Missy is a long hair - and she gets so knotted and matted... she LOVES getting naked! I hate it - but SHE really is sO much happier without all that fur!
oh poor kim :) i'm sure that wasn't much fun to her. that's why i did not get a long haired cat and settled for a normal one :) nevertheless he had enough hair that drove the husband in madness ;)
I remember when you posted about that! Good wordless.
ReplyDeletePoor Kitty! What an ordeal for both of you.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW
Someone doesn't look too happy about this "operation"...
ReplyDeleteHe looks neat and smart now.... and probably less warm. hehe...
ReplyDeleteDo you keep his fur?
To bad you can't turn Kim's hair into knitting wool. It seems a shame to waste it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think my fluffy cats Robyn or Bebe would be happy to have their hair cut. I'm sure it is a lot more comfortable for the cat though
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, Gattina. Though the process is not pleasant, I'm sure the cat enjoys the feel afterward. Have a wonderful day.

ReplyDeleteGreat Wordless & happy Wednesday to you!
Makes me ever so grateful that all my kitties have short hair.

ReplyDeletePurrrfect! Big hair went out of style in the 80's!
ReplyDeleteWhy is there a dryer in the room where they groom?
I love your drummer dude on your side bar and may snag him for our blog as well.
