Lots of pictures to see here for Photohunt, Round Robins and Quilly's ABC.

I had a very bad surprise when I wanted to upload my pictures for the photo memes. It didn't upload ! instead I got this message :

There were errors during upload.
The following images were not uploaded.
We're sorry, but you have exceeded your photo upload quota. For more information, check out this Blogger Help page.

I checked the Help page and learned that from now on I have to upgrade my "account" which I didn't know of and also that I am in possession of a Google/Blogger Picasa Album which I had never created. It truly was a big surprise. I don't like such surprises, maybe I missed something, but anyway I don't want to pay one penny for uploading pictures !

Have you also had such an experience ? For the moment I use Photobucket.

The other news were far better ! Since yesterday you can used this service :

Blogger now schedules future-dated posts

Scheduled post publishing, which we talked about testing on Blogger in draft last month, is now live for everyone. If you set a post’s date into the future, Blogger will wait to publish until that time comes.

This is a very good invention ! Especially when you are on holidays or for one reason or another are unable to post at a specific day (or hour)

I am sure there are other bloggers with your same problem, which is a pity. At least there are some alternatives, using Photobucket is a clever idea. Hope Blogger gets the hint!!
The scheduled posts is a great feature. And somebody has to pay for the new developments!

That is awful about the photos. :(

The timed posting is a good thing, we use it quite often with our blog software.

I think we all get it at some time or other about not being able to post.= I often go back in 30 or so mins later and alls well then.

Thanks for visiting my blog and your kind comments.

I wrote a 'help sheet' on the picsa quite a while ago for blogger blogs. Guess you missed that.

Yep, everyone needs to clean them out in their picsa folder.

Yes, I've heard about it before. That's why some bloggers has created so many blogs.

Wordpress have had the future dated posts-function for years already, it's very useful indeed :-)

I've been to my Mom's funeral earlier in the week and then catched a cold, that's why the absence. I'm back on track now, with a blocked nose and coughing, but still :-)

I have had very few problems
uploading photos, so far a
very good experience. Not so
sure about timed posting yet.
I am sure the problems will
work out! Have a great day!
