SHOW & TELL - Friday

When I go to a very warm country, instead of wearing a hat or a cap, I learned to wear a scarf. I learned it from Egyptian and Moroccan Berbers living in the desert. It protects you from sand and wind and in the city also from dust.

Meanwhile I own 3, here presented by my model Arthur. As he was modelling while sleeping, I didn't have to pay.

and you see how it has to be twisted around your head and knotted or just fixed in the neck.

It is much nicer to wear and even if it's very windy it stays on your head and you don't have to run behind a cap or a hat.

It also serves against the sun in the swimming pool and to pose for nice pictures in front of historical buildings. (In this case it wasn't fixed).

  1. Colour of your scarfs really stands out against your beautiful sleeping model. :)

  3. When I was sporting 'the bald look,' I learned so many different ways to tie a scarf...For a 'more formal' look at night, I would let about 12 inches of one end hang down.
    Love your idea...

  5. Sounds a perfect protection against the sun and the sand when it is windy!!! I have not a lot of time to post those days with all the young people at home and Mélissa's exam!!! But soon i will on holiday! Our finnish young are so happy to swimm in the Mediterranean sea even if it's too cold for us still!!! Rain, wind and sun! Heureusement nous n'avons pas subi ici les intempéries du haut Var!!! Pauvres gens! je pense que tu as dû entendre tout ça à la TV!!!
