Since 3 years I go to the Waterloo city park to take pictures of the Halloween festival and I noticed, that each year there are more and more people coming.
This was my world on Halloween !

In the evening for the first time in my life I was invited to a Halloween party, given by my classmate and friend Christiane and her daughter. It was absolutely great !

a delicious meal, a soup made with carrots, potatoes and curry, followed by special Belgian grilled sausages and pumpkin puree
and these absolutely gorgeous (and delicious) cakes, baked and decorated by her daughter.
I tried them all !
What a wonderful Halloween and I keep saying what a sexy witch you make. Now if I could only get the spider on top of my hat we would be an awesome pair at any Halloween party :)

ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh you guys just had a blast on Halloween! Jientje should visit YOU next year for this occasion! It looks to ME like Halloween is becoming MORE popular in Belgium than it is anymore in the United States. Here it gets less and less popular each year. But we had fun! I suppose Jientje will post it eventually... She is FAR too busy having more fun first!!! (i hope...)
