More participants here at Sarcastic Mom Weekly winners

Since about 4 years Waterloo city organizes a Halloween festival in the city parc. It is now 3 years that I am going there to take pictures and I notice that each year there are more people.
I had never seen so many.

    What a lot of trouble everyone's taken with their costumes. Just goes to show how popular Halloween is becoming in countries other than the States. Very colourful.
