SHOW & TELL

When our son came for Mother's day together with his girl Marieken, I stated with horror, that all bowls we had in the house were all slightly cracked, except the two once we always use. That happens when you are only two in a household. So first thing I did on Monday was buying new bowls. Not so easy to find because this year all dishes I saw were grey, black or white. Must be the crisis who puts everything in funeral colors.
But finally after 3 shops I found red once, just fitting into the kitchen and the rest.
They had brought me yellow and white tulips, but the white once bent down after two days, so I cut them and put them in this little vase so I am sure they will last for another few days.
The nicest and most original gift for Mother's day I got from Marieken. She had bought this little cat for me.
Isn't it cute ? It's a brush to clean your fingernails !
The little tongue is to clean under your fingernails. Of course I wouldn't use it, it stands on my sink in the bathroom.
and on tuesday I got another surprise a friend brought me this cute little cat, just like that for no reason, she had seen it while shopping and thought it would fit perfectly in my room !
