SHOW & TELL

More participants are here at Kelly's Show and tell Friday

My cat collection has grown again during the last two months ! So I show you the newcomers !

a metal cat which shakes its head when you touch it ! I got it from a girlfriend

When I saw this little cushion at Ikea, I absolutely had to buy it for my bed !

to keep company to this

and these two.

And here is what is hanging over my head (or bed). Now that I celebrated my 65th birthday I can finally decorate my bed just as I want without being "childish" ! (Hehe !) Although not everybody agrees, but that's their problem !

I got this little grandma from my friend in England, just to see how we will be (or not) in a not too near future ! It sits now on my microwave in the kitchen.

Oh, I so agree that you are free to decorate how you want without being childish! :D My mother-in-law had a walker when she was 92 and she also had a cat that loved to ride on top of the walker as she pushed it. So that was how she got her exercise pushing the cat around. Isn't that cute?

What a cute cat collection. I had a cat collection when I was younger, but it was all ceramic type cats. I like the blond post below too.

That first bobble-head cat is a super cutie. I don't "do" nic-nacs, but I enjoyed looking at yours.

A marvellous collection!

Well, I think at 65 you can decorate your bedroom any way you like. Maybe it's second childhood??? Lol!

I absolutely LOVE that top cat! That is one CoOL Kitty! I like the orange & gray stuffed ones too! Well... they're all cute! (And I LOVE the old lady!) I'm going to have a CANE instead of a walker - that way I can hit people over the head with it!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to decorate YOUR way! You have a long way to go before you look like that little grandma. I really love your little colored (tails up) kitties on your shelf! March on cat lovers, march on!

And I find the "Blogger over 50" in your side bar, I like this idea too.

Your kitty collection is delightful!
I used to collect them too,and I still keep some of my favorites around. I love cats--my two elderly sweethearts passed away last March. I haven't gotten another because my grandkids (although they love cats too), are seriously allergic to them.
I'm hoping they'll grow out of it because I can't see myself never having a cat again. Yet, for now, I'm quite happy with the Buckeroo!
Blessings to You!
