WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

He struggled and struggled .... and was gone !

******

I had a nice quick trip with the Eurostar going through the tunnel under the sea. You don't even realize that there are big ferry boats and ships crossing the channel over your head.

I arrived at 7.30 pm and was picked up by my friend Anne and her 8 year old grandchild, an adorable little boy. We chatted of course until late evening then I slept like a baby and was awoken by the "songs " of my beloved seagulls ! They can be really very noisy. The 3 cats greated me in the living room where they had taken all the best places.

Now we are off to London not in the center but to Anne's daughter, living near Croydon to bring back the boy.

I have no pictures yet.

  2. Sailing can be so much fun, if the boat is big enough to move around in.

  11. Hope you are having a wonderful trip -- and that there are no mishaps for you like the that which befell the boater.
