MY WORLD - Snow after 7 years !

More participants here

My world this morning was white ! For the first time in almost 7 years it really snowed in Brussels/Waterloo ! and it is still snowing already the whole day. Now a lot of you have seen much more snow than what I show here, but for us it is very unusual.

It was still dark when I opened the stores and saw this, our car covered with snow and my neighbor's house too !

to my big surprise I can see the snow flakes on the picture !

I don't know what this little round ball is, certainly not the moon because the sky is all covered up.

Our entrance suddenly looked so romantic !

Mr. Gattino had to clean the car first before leaving

I took these pictures out of my front window

I tried to draw a cat in the snow

our garden

This beautiful tree stands in our neighbor's garden

and of my 5 cats only Arthur enjoyed the snow and was playing in it, the others prefered to stay inside !

Arthur's new camouflage: snow!
Love how one can see the snowflakes in your pictures, it looks like a lovely scenery but I can't drive in snow, I have no experience whatsoever.
Happy Tuesday!

PS: My boys do the driving in snow when we go up to the mountains.

Arthur the snowcat. The snow looks very pretty...but I prefer just to see photos of it, not to actually experience it...too cold.

And the snow cat you drew? Priceless!!!!

I love your photos. We get so much snow here I don't often think to photograph it, but it is beautiful. As long as I am safely indoors, photographing from my warm home.

HOW FUN!!! See? When you don't get it often then you can ENJOY it when it does come! That is how we are too! We would like to get ONE snow a year! (but make it a good one!) You did a GREAT job with these pics - I TRIED to get the snowflakes to show up the other day when we had flurries - but no. The sky was too light. Only because you are an EARLY bird and the snow was falling at the right time of day - you get these beautiful beauuuuuuuutiful shots with snowflakes!!! You are blessed!

The first two pictures are so perfect, they look like paintings! It sure looks cold there. I guess I shouldn't complain about sweating in 80 degree weather here today.

It is amazing how delighted someone would be after not seeing snow for seven years. It snows a lot in PA/USA. In fact outside are a perpetual shades of white and gray. They are calling for snow from Friday thru Saturday. I think the first snow fall is exciting and then I wait for spring.
