FUN MONDAY -

Odd Shots and Macro Monday are here

Mama Rehema our host this week wants us to talk about diets. The only diet I know is this one I got last week per email :

The Pasta Diet and Your Health

ITALIAN PASTA DIET -- IT REALLY WORKS !!

1.. You walk pasta da bakery.
2... You walk pasta da candy store.
3.. You walk pasta da Ice Cream shop.
4.. You walk pasta da table and fridge.

You will lose weight!

Try it out and good luck (I belong to the lucky people who never needed a diet).

******
That's why I took the Photo assignment: post a photo of something/someone that makes you feel good about yourself. It could be your loved one, your pet, your part of the world, anything goes.

Here is what I choose for now. Each age has other things to make you happy and feel good

Photobucket
my five cats

Photobucket
when they are holding a meeting in our garden

Photobucket
when I enter the living room in the morning and find the sweet looking deeply sleeping Arthur

Photobucket
who will then get a good morning kiss from Rosie

Photobucket
and not to forget my home sweet home !

coucou Gattina! Just a little hello before going to school! Nice photos about the cats' family! My Patouf seems to need a diet now! Poor Patouf! He really loves the good food! Mélissa is a fan of pasta. I am sure this sort of diet would be a pleasure for her! But she doesn't need a diet. Elle n'a pas un gramme en trop! Bonne journée!

I got excited about your pasta diet Gattina, but then on studying the "recipes" decided I couldn't follow them!

Absolutely love that photo of Arthur dreaming. Does he sleep in this place every night? Not having cats, I'm not sure if they have a designated sleeping spot like dogs or wander around the house at night.

I love the pasta diet, Gattina. Unfortunately I can't stick to that one.

And the things that make you happy are so perfect!

This is the most purrrrrfect highlight of my life too Gattina. I don't diet either. And I once in a while, STOP and indulge with the pasta...I love the bakery stuff, so walking pasta it is difficult. LOL

My Fun Monday isn't much, but I posted it...come on over and say howdy if you can. Have a great day.

You're such a softy when it comes to the things you love :-) I envy your little family, my sons and I miss having cats as we always had 2 when we lived in the USA.

The pasta diet sounds very sensible...although right now I am on the wine diet..I wine about being too fat LOL!!!

That is so funny but very true, takes a lot of will power to stick to that one. Your cats are beautiful, sad but true, I would be sneezing my head off if I were near them "Allergic" I am almost sneezing just looking at their photos.

Aww! Who needs food when you have such cute kitties around you all the time!
I prefer the gorgeous diet:
We gorgeous ourselves at da bakery
We gorgeous ourselves at da candy store....
You don't lose weight, but it sure is fun.

That pasta diet sounds perfect! Lots of exercise involved too - walking pasta everything! I think that's the one I'm going to try!

I don't have the right shoes to walk pasta all that. (:

My French looks like the middle cat in the collage. I have four cats, so you've got me beat!

I wish I was as lucky as you in the diet department. Ah well....

How lucky you are to have the cats. And Mr. Gattino. Hope he is feeling better!

Gattina what a great pasta diet LOL

The cats are gorgeous even though I'm more a dog person.

Loved the diet.
Great pictures of your cats and house.

Love your diet !! It's better than the "SeeFood" diet that I seemed to live by in the past.
