ARRIVED AT DESTINATION IN EGYPT

This time I put, Ruby Tuesday, and My world Tuesday all together in this post. I am on holidays in Hurghada Egypt and of course I don't want to spent too much time behind my computer !

We (Chantal my friend and I) left a rainy and cold Brussels warmly dressed and found ourselves 4 h later in a beautiful sunshine with an unreal blue sky 30 °C (86 F) and palm trees !

After having haggled with the taxi man for a decent price, he drove us to a big hotel in the middle of the town located on the main street. I thought he had cheated us, because we should be in a hotel at the sea, and here we were in middle of a very busy town, with stinky cars which blow their hornes all the time. I asked the taxi driver if he was sure that this was the right hotel and he confirmed it.

I went in and found myself in another world. Silence after the noise of the very busy street palm trees and a beautiful garden in the frontboof me. We checked in and a servant guided us to our appartment. The hotel has only 2 floors and the rest is all bungalows or flats. We have a very nice one with a little patio and in the middle of this beautiful garden.
Now see by yourself :

The camel at the beach is such a unique shot! I have a red hibiscus just like the one pictured here.

I KNEW you were going to make me jealous right from the start!!! Ohhhhh LOOK at that water! I have just GOT to get to Egypt one day! You know, I have a friend who comes FROM Egypt... and I ask her all the time why she's here!

No, Gattina. You're not serious. Don't you have any pity for us? You think that sending us a wonderful exotic flower will make us forget all the pictures above ? It it really fair to tempt us with sea, sun, beach when we're all at work in a misty weather?
Have a good Ruby Tuesday, and send us many more pictures for you to be forgiven ; ) Lucky Gattina.

YUM. You almost make me wanna go there at once... It's a pity that we've got appointments that we must attend.... *sigh*

Anyway, I am very happy that at least you get some summer sun again :-)

Looks like an awesome place.

30 degrees, that's a lovely temperature as long as there is not too much humidity. Your little flat looks very nice...be nice to live there permanently.

Don't you worry about blogging. Go out have a good time, take lots of photos and tell us about it all when you get back to Belgium.
